At the heart of our business is a dedication to purchasing seafood responsibly. We source all our cod and haddock through the Marine Stewardship Council, ensuring that they come from sustainable fish stocks. To preserve their freshness, these fish are frozen at sea shortly after being caught. As we are conveniently located on the water’s edge in Looe, we also have the privilege of seasonally sourcing a selection of fish directly from the boats as they return to the harbour.
To complement our delicious fish, we use locally grown potatoes from farms throughout southeast Cornwall to create our fresh and scrumptious chips. Every bite is a testament to the quality and care we put into selecting the finest ingredients.
